Brooke and Josh are now husband and wife :) married last Saturday after a week of rain, it finally stopped and the sun shone bright for this lovely couple......we were SO lucky!!

A few hours in Newtown

I love Mondays! yes call me weird but I love them, I get to have a bit of breathing time. For those of you that don't know I'm a mother of 3 and if you have kids you know full well how much little time you get for yourself.  So a few weeks back my littlest Pearce child started one day a week of childcare.  I must confess I felt guilty putting her in but I've gotta say it's been the best thing for our family. If I get some free time it makes me feel like a nicer person and then the flow on effects are great for everyone else at home....

So today I met up with some of my lovely friends who happen to be awesome photographers too. We decided to have a little outing and this lead us to Newtown.  If you live in or near Sydney you must make a stop at the Goulds bookshop on King St. This place is JAM packed from floor to ceiling with second hand books. If you are a book worm I'm sure you could get lost in there for hours if not days. But my main goal today was to take some photos.  After the bookshop we moved on to a quick lunch then a walk to see some street art.
